Any individual may donate. Donations through Silicon Valley Gives Day 2014 are received and receipted by Razoo Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 charity that operates a donor advised fund to fulfill donor advisements.

The minimum donation is $10 and there is no maximum donation limit. Donations are tax-deductible and irrevocable (donations will not be refunded). Contribution may be made via credit and debit card only

The nonprofit organization will receive the full donation, less a flat rate of 4.9% which covers the credit card processing and Razoo.com fees. There is no fee to participate.
